Globe control valve with pneumatic actuator and positioner smart
A flow control valve regulates the flow or pressure a fluid. Control valves normally respond to signals generated by independent devices such as flow meters or temperature gauges.
Valves controls are normally fitted with actuators and positioners. pneumatically operated globe valves are widely used for control in many industries, although a quarter-turn types such as (modified) ball, gate and butterfly valves are also used.
Control valves can also work hydraulic actuators (also known as hydraulic pilots). These types of valves are also known as automatic control valves. Actuators respond to changes in hydraulic pressure and flow or open / close the valve. Automatic Control Valves require no external power supply, This means that fluid pressure is sufficient to open and close the valve. Automatic control valves include: pressure reducing valves, flow control valves, back pressure sustaining valves, altitude, and relief valves. An altitude valve controls the level of a tank. The altitude valve will remain open while the tank is full and will close when the tank reaches its maximum level. The opening and closing the valve requires no external power source (electrical, pneumatic, or man power), is done automatically, hence the name.

How do I install a water pressure regulator and check valve swing?
I'm trying to fix a problem of low pressure of water in my house. I think that either the water pressure regulator or flapper valve is causing the problem. How does the service of water reaching home need to be configured? At present, the settings are as follows: 1 "service appears in the crawl space (vertical), 1" valve ball (vertical), 1 "to 3 / 4" reducer (vertical) 3 / 4 "pressure regulator (vertical), elbow, running across the bottom of the structure soil (horizontal); elbow 3 / 4 "swing check valve (vertical) entry at home. I'll take the check valve swing, first, and replaced by a section of pipe to see if that helps. If not, then I will replace the water pressure regulator. If the pressure regulator valve and retention currently installed in the correct sequence, or if the check valve to appear before the pressure regulator? Does it matter if these parts are mounted vertically or horizontally?
Some pressure regulators are adjustable, may be a hex head bolt. leaving the top of the hood looking for a party. Usually install them horizontally, but will depend on the manufacturer. I can use the pressure valves usually watts. SWING A check has to be mounted horizontally, a spring can be mounted in both directions. The order in which they are installed is not bad. A check swing is going wrong is unlikely in my opinion. Pressure valves have screens in them on arrival and departure. I would like to close the water supply at the main valve and take the pressure gauge and see if it is blocked.
